Do you accept Insurance?
Yes. I am currently in network with BCBS ( PPO, Blue Value) and Aetna plans (including Aetna Market Exchange & SHP).
Do you offer remote sessions?
Absolutely! I offer remote sessions to North Carolina residents Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. You can expect all online session’s to be operated from a HIPPA compliant server.
How do I know if we will be a good fit?
The short answer is, we don’t! I do offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions about my approach, background, logistics and for us to get to know each other. You can also look on my “About” page to see who/what I am currently enjoy working with!
What is your cancellation policy?
I request that you give 48-hour notice if you have to cancel an appointment, but I understand that life can get in the way at times! This does not include weekend cancellations. For example, if you have a Monday or Tuesday appointment, please cancel the Friday before at the latest. There will be a late cancellation fee that we will discuss prior to working together.
Do you prescribe medication?
I do not prescribe medication; however if you are interested in medication I am more than happy to connect you to a psychiatric provider in the area. I believe medication can be a powerful tool to help assist in managing mental heath needs.
What payments do you accept?
I accept debit cards, credit cards and Health Saving Accounts (HSA). I do not accept cash, check, or Venmo. Payments are due at the beginning of our appointment.
